14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. You may also be asked to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item.

Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a product back to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health, safety, customization, or other reasons permitted by applicable law. Any such restrictions will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order may have entered processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
